How do I book collections online?
To use our online booking service, you will need to register. This will take less than 2 minutes of your time and once you have registered, you are able to book your collection immediately.

Can I cancel or re-schedule my collection once booked online?
Once signed in click on My Account and then on Manage your collections where you can amend your active collections.

Will I receive email updates?
Only when you book or change your collection online.

Will I receive spam and junk email?
No - we hate that stuff.

Once registered, can I cancel my account?
Sure, just email us on info @ ironeasy.co.uk and include "Account Cancellation" in the subject line and we will take care of the rest.

I have lost my password/username, what do I do?
Go to the login page and click on Forgot your password.

How do I change my personal info?
Once signed in click on My Account where you can change your personal info.

How do I report an error to IronEasy?
Email us on info @ ironeasy.co.uk and include "Error Report" in the subject line. Thanks in advance!

Do I give the driver my special instructions upon collection?
Yes. You can also enter them in the ‘special instructions field’ on the booking form.

Can you guarantee a specific time in a slot?
No.
How does the laundry service work?
Step 1.

Place all your laundry into a bag ready for collection.

If some items are for ‘wash and fold’ only while others are ‘wash and iron’ put them in separate bags and indicate what you want done.

If your lights and darks need to be washed separately put them in separate bags too.

If any of your items are heavily soiled put them in a separate batch so we can pre-wash them by hand and then process them in a washing machine. These items will be double-charged.

Step 2.

Call us or book online.

We provide a weekly, fortnightly, and a monthly service. You just need to decide what time you want us to pick up your laundry. Our service operates between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday. On weekends – we only do collections and deliveries between 08.00am to 12.00am.

* If light and dark items were washed separately, items were heavily stained or if we needed to use a lower more delicate drying temperature, we are unable to guarantee a 24 or 48 hour turn around.

Step 3.

Our friendly driver will arrive at your home or place of work at the time you requested. The laundry is brought back to the shop weighed on electronic scales.

Before we process your order we can if required phone you with your weight and price and upon confirmation proceed with the order.

Step 4.

Our professional staff will sort and work through your laundry.

We pride ourselves in making sure your laundry is processed in a clean, smoke-free environment. Your laundry will be ironed, hung or folded as requested.

Step 5.
We pride ourselves on our high standards. We check all laundry before returning it to our customers. If we are not satisfied with the quality, we will redo the laundry until our high standards have been reached. Our objective is to deliver perfect laundry.
Step 6.
We carefully put your ‘wash and fold’ items in your laundry bag and put your ‘wash and iron’ items into polythene covers and hang them securely in the back of our van. Our driver will then return your laundry to you at a pre-arranged time within 48 hours from initial pickup.
Step 7.
We arrive at your door with your laundry. Payment is now due.

We accept cash, cheque or online payment.


Is there a minimum charge for my Laundry?

Yes, the minimum collection per order is 3kg's.

Orders that total below minimum collection weight will be charged at the minimum collection weight as outlined above.

Yes, the minimum collection for Wash and Fold is 5kg's.

Orders that total below the minimum order will be charged at the minimum order as outlined above.

If you do not require a collection and fail to let us know the day before your collection, you will still be subject to the minimum charge.


Is there an excess mileage charge for my Laundry?

We offer free collection and delivery within a 5 mile distance from our shop to your postcode as outlined on the coverage page.

All orders that fall outside of the 5 mile area will be subject to a small excess mileage charge of £4 i.e. £2 collection and £2 delivery (excluding VAT).

All enquiries are welcome so please contact us if you have doubts as to whether we collect in your area.


What should I do if some items are wash and fold and others are wash and iron?

When we collect your laundry tell the driver what services you require.

Have your items sorted into separate batches.


What should I do if I want light and dark items washed seperately?

What should I do if I have heavy soiled items?
If any of your items are heavily soiled put them in a separate batch so we can pre-wash them by hand and then process them in a washing machine. These items will be double-charged.

Do you use tumble dryers?
Yes we do use tumble dryers to dry customers laundry and items are normnally dried using a medium heat.

What temperature is your washing cycle?
We wash at 40 ° C.

Do you use non-bio detergents?
Yes we do. Our washing machines require only High Efficiency detergents.

Do you wash duvets?
No we don’t, we have them dry cleaned. Please contact us if you want to know our prices.

We provide a weekly, fortnightly, and a monthly service. You just need to decide what time you want us to pick up your dry cleaning. Our service operates between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday. On weekends – we only do collections and deliveries between 08.00am to 12.00am.
Step 2.
Our friendly driver will arrive at your home or place of work at the time you requested.
We will take your garments back to our shop, check and process them ready for cleaning.
Step 3.
We will deliver your items to the dry cleaner.
Step 4.
Your dry cleaning will be returned in polythene covers and hung securely in our van. Our driver will then return your garments to you at a pre-arranged time within 48hrs * from initial pickup.
Step 5.
We arrive at your door with your dry cleaning. Payment is now due. You can pay by cash, cheque or online payment.


* Please note that we do use a third party dry cleaning service and will try and stick to the 48hr turn around, but are unable to guarantee this.

What happens if I am not happy with the quality of my Dry Cleaning?
Inform us as soon as possible and we will take it up with our supplier.

We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our service and expect the same from our suppliers.


Is there a minimum charge for my Dry Cleaning?
Yes, the minimum combined order is £20.

Orders that total below £20 will be charged at the minimum order as outlined above.
