The minimum collection per ‘Wash and iron’ order is 3 kg (a kilogram is approximately 3-4 men’s shirts) and per ‘Wash and Fold’ order is 5 kg. Orders that fall below 3/5kg will be charged at the minimum collection weight as outlined above.

If any of your items are heavily soiled put them in a separate batch so we can pre-wash them by hand and then process them in a washing machine. These items will be double-charged.
